The largest numbers the Greeks and the romans used were 106 whereas Indian sused numbers as big as 10^53 with specific names as early as 5000 BC during the vedic period, it is believed. Even today, the largest used number is Terra: 10^12.
  11. The box jellyfish has one of the most deadly poisons. It can kill a Human in 30 seconds.
  12. The bell of one giant jellyfish measures 2.29 m across. Its tentacles were over 36 m long.
  13. Halley's comet is named after the British scientist Edmund Halley (1656-1742). Halley's comet last came in sight in 1986. It's next visit will be in 2062.
  14. Halley's comet was seen in about 8 BC, so some say it was the Bible's star of Bethlehem.
  15. The moon's diameter is 3,476..!!
